We spoke with Mockingbird’s Director of Customer Experience to learn what to expect at this year’s Baby Show!
What should expectant and new parents know about your brand?
We’ve been working on the concept for Mockingbird for over a year and half, aiming to totally rethink what the products and experience of buying baby gear should be. So we’re extremely excited that we’ve officially launched and can bring expectant and new parents in on it!
The idea behind Mockingbird was to take a more modern approach to the industry. This not only meant interviewing tons of modern parents to design their ideal stroller and accessories, but also that we would operate as a direct-to-consumer brand. Doing so allows us to offer premium products at a much better value by skipping the retail markups. And our customers can skip the overwhelming trip to the store since we deliver right to their door and give them 30 days to try everything out.
We also offer a lifetime warranty on our stroller, and amazing customer service that’s accessible by the channels today’s parents care about (including live chat, email, text, social media, and phone).
What’s new (in the past year) with your brand?
We just launched in February of this year, so pretty much everything!
What is your most popular product or service right now?
Our Mockingbird Stroller has already been a major hit with parents seeking a premium, multiI-functional stroller at a way more reasonable price. The stroller’s extra large storage basket, one-hand fold, peekaboo window, 30 day trial, and lifetime warranty help it stand out from the pack.
We’ve also been thrilled by the positive feedback on our companion accessories. In particular, our customers are loving the versatile Car Seat Adapter, machine washable Seat Liner, and water-resistant Parent Organizer.
