Tell us about the company’s background. When did it start and how has it evolved since then?
After we had the majority of recipes, we started building up the kitchen, in terms of safety and equipment, specifically geared towards children’s food. After some further preparation, we did a soft open in October 2016 where every week we cooked and tried out new recipes.
And finally, about a month ago, we sold our first meal!
