For someone unfamiliar with TTPM, how would you describe the service and its core offerings?

TTPM is a consumer-oriented web site that facilitates researching the latest toy, gear and product introductions. Our team of reviewers puts products through their paces and then shares what we find—and our professional perspective—in complete and in-depth video reviews. TTPM makes it easy to research products and then click through to find the lowest online prices and availability. In addition to our extensive listings in the baby categories, we also cover toys and pet products. All in all, we post about 4,000 new reviews every year, highlighting the most popular and in-demand products in all the categories we cover.

Tell us about the TTPM’s background—how did it get started and how has it grown?

TTPM was created by Jim Silver, Christopher Byrne, Bob Glaser, and Andy Krinner. These four industry veterans held various positions at toy and consumer products companies. In 2007, the website was launched to provide a resource for parents and shoppers looking to find out what the “real deal” was on the toys that kids were asking for. In 2010, TTPM added video to its reviews, and had just over a million views of its reviews. By 2015, the site had grown to encompass more categories, expanded its team of reviewers, and views of its reviews had grown to more than 150 million per year. The site also added an exclusive shopping tool that made it easy for consumers to click through and purchase products. Today, it is the one-stop for researching and purchasing toys, products and more for the entire family…including the youngest and the furriest family members.

What do consumers love about TTPM and what should parents know about it?

Consumers love our impartial reviews. They like knowing that our experts really put the products to the test and that we provide clear, unbiased reviews so shoppers can make informed purchasing decisions.
