We spoke with a member of the Volvo team, to learn more about the brand and what new parents can expect at the New York Baby Show.
For someone unfamiliar with Volvo Cars, how would you describe the company’s mission and core offerings?

Tell us about the company’s background. When did it start and how has it evolved since then?
The first Volvo rolled off the production line in Gothenburg, Sweden way back in 1927 and since then we’ve created world-changing innovations along the way. We’re also a global brand with manufacturing in Sweden, Belgium, China and soon the United States. Volvo Car Group produces a luxury range of cars that includes sedans, wagons and SUVs and has more than 31,000 employees worldwide. What are the most popular and/or newest programs from Volvo Cars?
The XC90 and XC60 SUVs are two of our top-selling models in the United States. Others agree, in fact, the XC90 is the most awarded luxury SUV of the century.
